2.2 KYC Verification
4b99 complies with international regulatory standards. Identity verification documents (KYC) may be requested in the following situations:

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk betting strategies, or any other form of strategic misuse.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to placing bets on 4b99:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet or game outcome is abnormal due to a technical error, 4b99 reserves the right to void it.
- In live betting, if a bet is accepted late due to an internet disruption, it will be settled based on the actual state of play at that time.
- If a game outcome appears suspicious, 4b99 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place the payout on hold.
- Sports betting wagers will be settled only after the official result is published.
5.1 Minimum & Maximum Bet
Separate minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed alongside the relevant game or market.
6 Responsible Gaming Policy
4b99 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We place responsible gaming at the very top of our priorities.
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
- Cooldown Period: You may take a break ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically stopped once losses exceed a specified limit.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4b99 and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:
- Creating or using multiple accounts
- Misusing bonus benefits or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means
- Use of hacking, malware, or other unauthorized technology
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Using Third-Party Accounts or Payment Methods
- Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
8 Account Closure & Suspension
4b99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, with or without cause. In particular:
- Violations of the terms may result in immediate account suspension.
- Involvement in prohibited activities may result in balance forfeiture.
- You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
- No account may be reopened during an active self-exclusion period.
If an account is closed and a valid balance remains with no record of rule violations, arrangements will be made to return those funds.
9 Limitation of Liability
4b99 is not liable for the following:
- If a game or bet is interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection
- Losses Due to Technical Issues from Third-Party Game Providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
- Issues caused by your device or software
In any dispute, 4b99's maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the incident.
10 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact our support team first. The support team will respond to your complaint within 48 hours.
- When submitting a complaint, please include your account ID, the date, and a detailed description of the issue.
- If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher level.
- Before taking any dispute to court, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.
- In the event of a legal dispute, the applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the authority of 4b99's licensing body.
11 Terms Amendment Policy
4b99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes:
